SNDCT Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026

SNDCT respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you visit our website, join the SNDCT mailing list, contact us, or purchase from us.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller is:

SYNDICATE WORLDWIDE, trading as SNDCT
Email: sndct01@gmail.com

Information we collect

Depending on how you use SNDCT, we may collect:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • delivery and billing address;
  • telephone number, if provided;
  • order and purchase information;
  • messages you send to us;
  • IP address, browser, device and website usage information;
  • cookie and similar technology information; and
  • marketing preferences.

Payment information is generally processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not need or intend to store your full payment-card details ourselves.

How we use your information

We may use your information to:

  • operate and maintain the SNDCT website;
  • process, fulfil and deliver orders;
  • provide customer service;
  • send order and shipping updates;
  • prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • improve our products and website;
  • comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements; and
  • send SNDCT product launches, Drop 001 updates, early-access information and other marketing where you have agreed to receive it.

Our lawful bases

Under UK data protection law, we need a lawful reason to use personal information.

We generally rely on:

Contract — when we need your information to process and fulfil an order or provide a service you requested.

Consent — when you choose to join our email list or agree to certain non-essential cookies or marketing.

Legitimate interests — where necessary to operate, secure and improve SNDCT, prevent fraud and understand how our store is used, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Legal obligation — where we must keep or use information to comply with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.

The ICO requires businesses to identify and document the lawful basis that actually applies to each purpose.

Email marketing

If you enter your email address to Become Part of the Syndicate, we may send you emails relating to SNDCT, including Drop 001, early access, releases and future collections.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us at sndct01@gmail.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential transactional messages relating to an order you have placed.

Cookies

SNDCT and Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure site performance and, where you consent, support analytics or advertising.

Where required, non-essential cookies will not be used until you have made your choice through our cookie banner.

Who we share information with

We only share personal information where reasonably necessary to run SNDCT.

This may include:

  • Shopify, which hosts and operates our online store;
  • payment processors;
  • print-on-demand and fulfilment partners needed to manufacture and ship an order;
  • delivery and courier companies;
  • website, analytics or marketing providers that we choose to use;
  • professional advisers; and
  • authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of our service providers or fulfilment partners may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate legal mechanism or safeguard is used where required.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfilling orders, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and complying with legal obligations.

Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or we otherwise determine that it is no longer necessary.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights including the right to:

  • request access to your personal information;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of your information;
  • restrict how your information is used;
  • object to certain processing;
  • request transfer of certain information; and
  • withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent.

The exact rights available can depend on the lawful basis we rely on.

To make a privacy request, contact sndct01@gmail.com.

Younger users

SNDCT may sell clothing in children's and youth sizes. We take particular care where personal information relating to children is involved.

We aim to collect only the information necessary to provide our services and explain our use of information in clear language.

If you believe a child has provided personal information in circumstances where they should not have done so, please contact us at sndct01@gmail.com.

The ICO says organisations handling children's information should provide clear privacy information and take additional care because children may be less aware of privacy risks.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, together with the protections provided by Shopify and our service providers, to protect personal information.

However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SNDCT develops, our services change or legal requirements change.

The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated date.
